Happy Anniversary . . . to us!

We are popping the champagne corks here at FirstFound to celebrate ten years at the forefront of search engine optimisation. It was the year of the millennium when we launched, 12 months after Google, with founders Chris Bellamy and Ivan Rowland at the helm.
Within three years, from our base in Manchester, we had a team of 30 employees serving approximately 1,500 clients. Our dedicated workers were busy spreading the word about SEO and in 2005, we signed up 1,966 companies. Today, we have 100 skilled staff and over 7,500 clients ranging from small boutiques to multi-million pound corporations.
Last year was possibly our most exciting yet. We took additional office space at our home in Manchester’s marble palace, St James’ Buildings, before hiring an extra 36 staff. Our expansion didn’t stop there. In the last quarter of 2009 we opened new offices in Dublin with an initial team of five.
As we move into the New Year, we anticipate more recruitment as FirstFound continues to grow. In 10 years time we expect to have gone global, opening our first international offices in Europe.
